DB0112 – IO-Link Modules Multiport

DB0112 zeigt:

–          AL2384 Temperatur Modul: Eine PT100-Messspitze ist in die Tafel eingelassen. Das AL2384 Modul wertet den PT100 aus. Gemessene Temperatur werden mit einer SPS in ein Farbverlauf (grün nach rot) (20°C-25°C) umgerechnet und über LED-Band dargestellt.

–          AL2607 IO-Link multiport Modul: Es wird ein PWM Ausgang genutzt, um ein Motor mit Nockenrad anzusteuern. Drehzahl wird über ein Poti und Taster gesteuert, dass ebenfalls an AL2607 angeschlossen sind. Der AL2607 ist für den Einsatz in Sicherheitsstromkreisen geeignet, wird durch Notaus gezeigt. Geschwindigkeit des Nockenrad wird über DI604A gemessen und kann über Moneo angezeigt werden.

–          AL2627 zeigt das Schalten von Lampen über Schalter, die alle an das AL2627 angeschlossen sind (Steuerung über SPS). Eine Taster-Lampe Kombination zeigt eine Ein- und Ausschaltverzögerung, die durch einen DP2402 realisiert werden. Weiter wird die Relai-Funktion des DP1603 gezeigt.

–          AL5021 und AL5121 IO-Link-Eingangs-/Ausgangsmodul in verschiedenen Bauformen, die genutzt werden um Lampen über Taster zu schalten.

–          DX1041, DX1063, DP2200, DP1213: Es wird ein Analoger Wert eines Drucksensors gezeigt und mit DP2200 in ein IO-Link Signal umgewandelt. Dann erfolgt die Rückumwandlung in ein Analogwert durch den DP1213. Darstellung über DX1063.

DB0112 shows:

–          AL2384 temperature module: A PT100 measuring tip is embedded in the panel. The AL2384 module evaluates the PT100. Measured temperatures are converted into a color gradient (green to red) (20°C-25°C) using a PLC. It is displayed via LED strip.

–          AL2607 IO-Link multiport module: A PWM output is used to control a motor with a cam wheel. The speed is controlled via a potentiometer and pushbutton, which are also connected to the AL2607. The AL2607 is suitable for use in safety circuits, as indicated by the emergency stop. The speed of the cam wheel is measured via DI604A and can be displayed via Moneo.

–          AL2627 shows the switching of lamps via switches, all of which are connected to the AL2627 (control via PLC). A button-lamp combination shows an on and off delay, which is implemented by a DP2402. The relay function of the DP1603 is also shown.

–          AL5021 and AL5121 IO-Link input/output modules in various designs, which are used to switch lamps via pushbuttons.

–          DX1041, DX1063, DP2200, DP1213: An analog value from a pressure sensor is displayed and converted into an IO-Link signal using DP2200. It is then converted back into an analog value by the DP1213. Displayed on DX1063.
