DB0124 – Automation line

DB0124 is an overview board for the new AutomationLine. It features the AL1602 IO-Link master and the AL2821 IO-Link input/output module.

On the back is a controller with a small program. Sensors and actuators are connected via both IO-Link and digital inputs and outputs. The following features are demonstrated:

–          Vibrations measured by a VVB301 are displayed on an E30443.

–          A KTE302 switches a contactor.

–          A KTE302 switches a solenoid valve connected via an EVCB06 valve connector.

–          An OGD250 switches a signal light using its two switching points.

–          A PT100 temperature sensor controls an LED strip based on the temperature. (On the back is a sensor that evaluates the PT100 element and transmits the data via two switching points to the connected AL2821. A DP1615 on the back controls the LED strip.)
