FAQ?

There is no cost for renting the exhibits themselves. You will have to carry out any logistics fee and transport costs though.

Our exhibits are usually shipped in flight cases and are therefore in line with any IPPC guidelines for overseas transport. Within Europe our boards are shipped by truck any destination abroad will use air freight.

We will take care of transport organization and just need the key facts (destination, time of arrival contact person) from your end. We also take care of return and, if needed, of custom procedures.

If your event is happening in Europe kindly reserve seven days prior to the first event day and seven days after the last event day to allow transportation. If your event is happening overseas extend the timeframe to 14 days prior and 14 days after the event date.

If you just order the exhibits the boards will come without furniture or equipment. For any further information on this kindly refer to the shipping information on this website and the “Dry Hire Handout”.
In case you requested a full-service booth from our end the boards will come with computer, screen, furniture and will be taken into operation by our team on-site.

We hope that this platform will empower all ifm subsidiaries to benefit from using demoboards, stand-alone models, table-top-models, and the mini-booth-system in future trade fairs worldwide.
